How long does a home inspection take?
Timing varies based on the home’s size, age, condition, accessibility, and any additional services. We prioritize a complete inspection over racing the clock.
Should I attend the inspection?
When possible, attending near the end can be useful. It gives you a chance to see significant findings in context and ask questions.
Does a home pass or fail an inspection?
No. A home inspection reports observable conditions. The client decides how those findings affect the transaction or ownership plan.
When do I receive the report?
Report timing is confirmed with your inspection. Our goal is to provide a clear digital report promptly after the fieldwork and review are complete.
What if I have questions after the inspection?
